Ginger Pork (生姜焼き)

- 5 tbsp Soy sauce
- 5 tbsp Mirin
- 5 tbsp Cooking sake
- Green onions
- Thinly sliced pork We thinly sliced a pork chop. Use the amount you need
- Ginger to taste
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
Making the Marinade:Combine the soy sauce, mirin, cooking sake, and ginger and put it in a bowl. DirectionsSlice pork thinly and place it in the bowl of marinade. Let it marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour or longer. Add sesame oil to a pan and place the pork and marinade in the pan on medium-high heat. Add the green onions. Cover and lower the heat to low and cook the pork until it is done. Stirring occasionally. Serve with rice. We also serve it with a cabbage salad (cabbage sliced thinly) with sesame dressing.
