These sandwiches were so delicious. They are easy to make and can be made in one pot. I had the pork roast cook in the crockpot on low all night long, but usually, I cook it on low while I am at work. I usually make my coleslaw, but I have been busy so I used some from my local store. Sometimes a person just needs to rely on modern-day conveniences.
